Welcome to Barefoot Fishing Camp & RV Park
If you follow the country roads into the Hill Country, you'll find a beautiful ranch nestled along the Colorado River. Located in Bend TX, in San Saba county, with over 3 miles of river frontage, you'll enjoy primitive camping, fishing, swimming, and lots of nature. Our RV Park offers 38 pull through sites, just feet from the river. We offer daily kayak rentals for our customers to explore our ranch up and down the river. Want to explore nature? Our ranch offers over 12 miles of hike and bike trails where you can get up close with nature. You'll find lots of wildlife on our trails & are sure to make many memories with your family. We have a volleyball sand court, with plenty of outdoor options for the kids to enjoy!

No we do not have a detailed map of the tent sites, but are working to get that done. We offer 3 mi of river so it's hard to condense into one map.
YES you will need to go to Texas Parks & Wildlife & purchase a fishing license if you are 17 & over.
No, we do not offer a kayak shuttle service & if renting our kayaks, they must stay on our property/frontage.
No refunds for any reason. We do offer rainchecks for hazardous road conditions to be used at a later date.
Yes, you will need to reserve a site online in order to stay. We do offer day passes as well.
YEs, all sites are pull up sites accessible via roads & you can park at your campsite.
NO golf carts, UTVs or ATVs allowed on our property (even street legal)
NO GUNS ALLOWED on our property, NO LTC or any other allowances.
We LOVE pets! We just ask that you keep your furbaby on a leash while here.
You will be given a gate code for your stay, however in order to keep our customers safe, we take the code out of the gate at 10p, open back up at 8a.
Each RV site is a pull through site, with both 30 & 50 amp electric and water. Dumpstation in RV park.
CHECK IN is at 3pm, CHECK OUT at noon.
Every customer has access to our bathhouse with hot showers & restrooms, located inside the RV park area.
YES you can have a tent at an RV site. We also allow electric vehicles to charge/stay at our RV sites.
We do not provide any camping gear, fishing gear or any supplies. Only the sites.
Seems like an odd question, but we do have many visitors from all over the world that come from different habitats. But NO bears or crocodiles here.
YES, each RV site has a picnic table & fire ring for your use.
